New Orleans, La. - On the day after an emotional memorial service for 11-year-old Arabian Gayles, the pain is still unbearable for her loved ones.
Outside the house on Gen. Ogden where gunmen opened fire early Monday morning, Arabian's life is remembered through teddy bears, posters and flowers.
"It's real hard because an 11-year-old little girl is gone, and another 11-year-old is traumatized. It's ridiculous," says Shalonda Cary.
Shalonda Cary's 11-year-old daughter was also shot, and even though she'll recover, Cary says the girl is having a tough time dealing with the loss of her cousin, Arabian.
