NEW ORLEANS - Two teens have been arrested in connection with two recent carjackings and are being investigated in a third, the NOPD said Wednesday.
According to a news release, police arrested 18-year-old Joshua Womack and a 16-year-old boy in the incidents.
Police said the 16-year-old confessed to taking part in a carjacking/robbery in the 5000 block of South Saratoga on Sept. 2. Police said he also admitted to being the gunman in a carjacking on Aug.
