New Orleans police are asking for the public's help in finding a 29-year-old man who went missing from his Bywater home on Saturday (Nov. 23).
Terrance Vincent was last seen by his caretaker at about 4:15 p.m., in the 700 block of Independence Street, according to the NOPD.
The caretaker told police that Vincent ran out of the house without returning. Vincent has done this in the past, and she advised police that he has a medical condition and needs medication.
