Mandeville Police Chief Rick Richard announced the following arrests:
Dec. 17, 2013
Max Andrew Albert, 29, of1660 Old Mandeville Lane, Mandeville, was arrested for contempt of court by failure to appear.
Leo Wilson Gaines, 43, of 39236 Violet Avenue, Prairieville, was arrested on a theft of goods charge.
Stuart A. Mildener, 45, of #3 Berkeley Place, Sea Cliff, N.Y., was arrested on a criminal trespass charge.

Kanika Grant, 20, of 113 West Stanley, Hammond, was arrested on a theft of goods charge.
