NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) – Houma Police arrested an 80-year-old man for two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile Thursday.
Police accuse Paul Gayden Dorsey of making sexual comments and inappropriately touching two juveniles they say were ages 8 and 11 at the time of the crime.
