NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - A woman was carjacked Tuesday as she sat in her car in front of her home in Mid-City.
The incident happened at about 5 a.m. in the 500 block of S. Solomon Street.
The woman told police that a car passed her and then stopped. She said a man got out of the passenger's side waving a gun. He ordered her to get out of her car and leave her purse behind.
