METAIRIE, LA (WVUE) - Police made an arrest in the death of a infant who they now believe was killed by his mother's boyfriend.
Police arrested 27-year-old Troy Kelley on one count of First Degree Murder in the death of 15-month-old Semaj Batiste. Kelly is the boyfriend of Semaj Batiste's mother, Alencia Batiste.
After being questioned by police, Kelly told detectives he became angry over the infant's behavior while he was bathing him and two of his siblings Thursday night.
