NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Police have arrested the second suspect accused of severely beating a French Quarter musician.
Investigators say they tracked down 30-year-old Terrell Belvin Thursday night at a hotel on O'Keefe Street. They say he surrendered peacefully and will be booked with second-degree battery.
Investigators say Belvin and 20-year old Reeshawn Arnold, who was already arrested in this case, beat musician Doug Potter unconscious in front a bar on Conti Street.
Investigators say Potter exchanged words with one of the suspects as he was walking to his car last month after a gig on Bourbon Street.
