A 23-year-old Covington man was booked Friday in the St. Tammany Parish Jail with business burglary and possession of stolen property after Mandeville Police say he admitted smashing into the store with a brick and stealing a $1,200 paintball gun from a Mandeville business.
Police said Christopher Holden, of 78 Dogwood Drive, who is accused of stealing the gun at around 4 a.m. from Gunfighter Paintball at 1860 North Causeway Approach, had called the store earlier Thursday to inquire about the paintball gun and even visited the store under the pretense of potentially buying it.
