The Judge Seeber Bridge closure has been pushed back with the state Department of Transportation and Development on Wednesday citing "inclement weather" as the culprit. The bridge closed on Aug. 2 and was set to open on Aug. 24.
Now, DOTD anticipates that the bridge "will remain closed to vehicular traffic thru at least Labor Day weekend," meaning that the closure will extend at least another 10 days and now is not expected to reopen before Sept. 3.
