Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers has filed plans with the city to build a location in Gentilly at 4800 Chef Menteur Highway.
The restaurant will be among the Baton Rouge chain’s first on the Eastbank of Orleans Parish, and is part of as many as six new locations in New Orleans.
“We opened our first Greater New Orleans restaurant more than 10 years ago and since that time we have been looking for the right locations to expand our presence in the area,” saids Rich Fuchs, vice president of real estate for Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers.
