NEW ORLEANS -- Police are looking for a car designed as a police cruiser that was stolen from a movie set downtown. They say it's rigged with explosives.
The vehicle was taken Monday night in the 300 block of S. Rampart. The vehicle can't be driven, and had to have been towed, acording to police.
The Ford Crown Victoria has a large fleur de lis on the trunk and says just "Police" on its side.
