NEW ORLEANS -- Police arrested a suspect in connection with two carjackings on Aug. 3, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Marvin Carter, 21, was identified through forensic evidence as a suspect, according to a statement from NOPD. He was arrested Wednesday morning in the 3000 block of Ursula Spencer Way in the Desire neighborhood and booked with two counts of armed robbery, carjacking, parole violation and a warrant.
The other suspect in the two carjackings, Derrin Riley, remains at-large, police said.
