Grand Isle, La. - A hearing has been delayed for a Grand Isle man captured on camera confronting an Hurricane Isaac debris assessor.

A judge ordered a continuance of the hearing for Josh Jambon, at a date to be determined, after neither Jambon nor his attorney appeared in court at a Wednesday evening hearing on Grand Isle. The attorney reported to the Grand Isle Mayor's Court that he was ill.

Jambon was booked with three counts of simple battery after his incident was caught on cell phone video. Isaac recovery crews say he irately cursed at them in an extremely derogatory manner. One person says he spit on her.

Jambon has said he's not guilty. He could face up to six months in jail and a $500 fine.
